Found another lovely image on Audrie's fabulous inspiration site (IC520): https://www.pinterest.com/pin/387591111654617085/ and I loved the color combo. Masked off a section of my card front, sponged, stamped the silhouette trees and snowflakes extending beyond the post-it. Added some "ground" with a black copic marker. Put post-it back on and splattered diluted white acrylic paint with a paintbrush for the snow effect. Then at the last moment a tiny splotch of black ink spontaneously appeared in the right bottom corner (GRRRRR!), and so I added more trees and ground. In hindsight, I like it!! Happy surprise! Finally, added some snow on ground and tress with a white gel pen.

I love your snowy scene, great tip on how you created the snow! I sympathise with you about sudden unexplained splotches appearing LOL has happened to me too! But I think it was a great save and added even more interest, extending your scene beyond the sponged panel, looks so cool!
