Diane's (DCinkit) challenge called for cards that didn't require extra postage. This was probably one of the most challenging of the challenges for me. I am all about layers, dimension and extra postage. I looked through some card ideas and came up with this one layer card. It was a popular technique a couple of years ago and I think I tried it once (with not-so-good results). This time it worked a little better (maybe because this time I actually followed the directions). I'm particularly fond of the way my moon turned out.

Gorgeous!! This turned out fabulous. Love the moon! Your card does have that wow factor and no bulk at all. It can easily slip into an envelope and be sent with no extra postage. Well done! I love it! Thanks for doing my challenge and supporting HYCCT in many ways.

Oh my gosh...love, love, love your sponging and how the trees toward the front seem to have snow banks around them! Great job and very inspiring as I'm not great at sponging. But I am going to give this a shot. Thanks for sharing!
