This is the bottom of the card, with the "Finally!" stamp double-matted to cover the brad and ends of the string that attached the tassel on the other side. I also included a note to the graduate, just in case the recipient didn't realize it's actually a card!

what is the size of the paper and the number of the purple dmc floss? I noticed it is TCU purple, I work at TCU! So cool! I would like to make some for my graduating work-study students. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Minatra, I bet 208 would work...it's kind of a "bright" purple rather than a real eggplant-y one, which is the color I think of when I think of TCU. I started stitching when I was 8...a long time before I started scrapbooking or stamping! It's pretty bad if you hear a random number and you immediately think of a color of floss!
But HEY this is supposed to be a comment on Adi's card! (Hi Adi, it's your crazy sister-in-law!) This is SUCH a cute idea...I'll have to tell my neighbor when she comes over to stamp tomorrow, she wants to make graduation cards!! Great job!
And when I *finally* get the digital camera back (and oh, yeah, my husband!) I expect you to come cruisin' my as-yet-unstarted gallery! ;)
