Well, maybe not the best for the SC but I always think of my dad when I use this stamp. He passed away from cancer. I decided to go masculine because I dedicate this whole month to my mom. She has been gone 31 years & I still miss her everyday.
Gail asked for a 'family or friend relationship'. I love, love these old sketch sets. After stamping & coloring, I used a circle nestie to cut my image. I sponged on color using a stencil. I hope that will count for the SC. I can't decide where to put the sentiment from the set; so for now it'll remain blank.
Thanks for stopping by.

Love how the rays draw attention to the sweet father son image that you colored so well! How touching to have made it in honor of your dad....cancer is such an awful disease. Thanks for playing in my challenge Karen.

I love your take on the sketch challenge! This image is perfect for the HYCCT relationships matter challenge. Great coloring, love the open white space, and with no sentiment this card can be used for anything. The person using the card could even fill in their own. I like that. Awesome card! My mom has been gone 18 years from cancer and I still miss her every day. I think of her a lot this month. Thanks for supporting HYCCT in honor of your mother and in memory of your father.

love the way you used the sun rays. I was just talking to a friend today about losing a parent...and how I could cry every day about losing mine, even though it's been a while.
