Ann's challenge is one of my favorites! I **LOVED** making this card! I started with a piece of patterned paper, and then I used a stencil to add embossing paste in the recessed areas. When the paste had dried and set up, I used a little Viva Gold to add some shimmer and shine to the tops of the paste. Love the way this one looks in the light.
I finished it off with a sentiment from Verve on a piece of watercolor paper that was distressed with Distress Inks and foam. I used my MISTI to stamp the sentiment, and I'm in love with that thing! Notice how crisp the ink is, even in the recesses of the dimpled watercolor paper. The MISTI stamp positioner is an amazing tool! So glad I bought one!
I hope you are joining us for Hope You Can Cling To. It's a great time in the Splitcoast community, and there are many, many fabulous prizes up for grabs!

This IS pretty Lori. I like how you made the whole DSP piece the front of the card with no borders. The stenciling adds a bit of texture to an already interesting pattern.
