I couldn't find my white gel pen (it will show up now that I used an alternative). I used a white Prismacolor pencil as a substitute and it created a softer look. I used a CB dotted swiss ef as background and a Anna Griffin ef on the pink layer. I doodled the raised portions on the pink panel with my white pencil. The lacy borders were punched from a Fiskars punch. The images were fussy cut from a G45 paper pad. The bow was made with a TH Sizzix punch. I cut 3 flowers out of a scrap of the G45 paper with a MS hydrangea punch and fashioned them into a 3-D rose. A brown and a pink half pearl complete my design.

How soft and pretty! I love the old-fashioned look of those images. They remind me of an exhibition of fashion plates from a French magazine that we went to. The added rose on the hat looks great - and so does the doodled embossing.
