So I don't think I've actually done this technique before. I put the ink on my mat and spritzed the ink and then rubbed my water color paper on top of the ink. I don't know what that's called but that's what I did to get the background. I stamped off once before stamping both shipped in the craft ink. I used the heat gun to help dry. I love the craft but I'm too impatient to let it dry on its own! I added the rope because I wanted something else on the card and I thought buttons or anything else would be too distracting.

I'm not sure what that's called either, but it certainly turned out Beautiful! Your title is perfect for these ships sailing on unchartered waters (or so it appears that way)! Love it~

At SCS we call this the "smooshing" technique - at least that is what Susie A. calls it so we just follow along - lol! Yours came out awesome and I love how perfect your ships look. Into my faves.

What a cool and creative card!! I almost expect a story behind this... very clever!

This is just so nicely done. Love the ghostly image of the ships - coming through the fog. Its great fun to play around with "smooching" watercolour card through watery inks.
