To cut out the image I used tools from Perfect Paper Crafting: the Perfect Square to cut between the image lines and a pair of detail scissors to the out of the box images. The Perfect Square's straight line was my guide to cut the borders with the Perfect Layers Mini, then I used the detail scissors again to cut a waved edge for the image panel I had originally cut with the Perfect Square because I made a goof with a detailed scissor cut and this was the best way to disguise it.
The image panel with border layers were popped up with foam tape.
