Layered the burlap cheveron onto tan card base, then the background dp that I tore and distressed and put down, the the sphinx was colored, tore edges, distressed them and put down Cleo was colored, gold embossed jewels and cut out and popped up as was the computer generated sentiment. Most was found on sites as have no stamps on Cleo. tfl will be back on later to comment.

Oh my goodness your BG DP is fantastic and the distressing is wonderfully done! Fantastic images and so wonderfully done on this card. Thank you for making an Egyptian themed card featuring my aunt's teapot.

The burlap is a brilliant choice for adding an Ancient Egyptian feel to this, and so are the distressed edges...and the paper. All in all a great card for Lisa's challenge this week.

Love all the elements you used for the background - the burlap was a great idea, and the distressed paper looks fabulous as a backdrop to the Egyptian images!
