I made this intending it as a thank you for a lovely surprise package yesterday, containing several dies. But it's more a "me" card so I think I'll go back to the drawing board tomorrow and see if I can make something more suitable.
I stamped the music with Versamark, rubbed in some chalks and sprayed with fixative. Then I worked out where the treble clef would be, and stamped foliage from Vintage Vogue around it. Added the die-cut, rubbed it with some copper, and perched the little birds in it.
I stitched round the edges, sponged them and then added some chunky white EP.
To finish I added the banner, cut from the trimmings of the ombre panel from my sympathy card yesterday, edged with a white gel pen.

I have a Finished BG similar to this (but not near as pretty) that had been resigned to the "failure" pile, but with your wonderful card as inspiration, maybe it can be revived!! I cannot believe all the stitching you did around the edges, and it echoes the darker look of the die cut treble clef, atop the leafy flourishes - most interesting card with all the creative elements you've included - something that shows repeatedly in your gallery! Hugs!

Oh, oh, and tripple oh... this is stunning, Sabrina. I think my favorite part is the light leave vines stamped behind the treble clef. The soft bg with the music is lovely. How did you get that great looking stitching...all I can do is zig zag stitching.
You are amazing, girlfriend.
