For the front, I embossed grey card with D'vine Swirl, then stamped Linen with Stormy Sky. edged it with a black marker and tied twine tied around. The verse is stamped on the diecut left after cutting an aperture. I added some IO bird dies and sea shells - the shells were sponged with distress ink, then Luster rub-ons and then sprayed with fixative.
For the inside I used Calm Seas, masked the image and sponged the sky, and then coloured it with pencils.

I like the larger opening. I tend to follow directions precisely and try to find a small image. Next time I make one of these (and there definitely will be a next time), I'll enlarge it.

I love that you used your cut out piece for your image on the front! This is really neat! Congrats, as I see that Lydia has featured this on SCS FB! tfs
