Here is my card for the TLC541 Recycle That Card! TLC541 ~ Recycle That Card! ~ (7/06/15) by joan ervin at Splitcoaststampers
Years ago I recieved a Christmas card from an aunt that she bought at a Christmas Fair for a good cause.
I recycled the image from that card
and made some layout with papers from Marianne Design:" Scandinavian Winter".
For further embellishments I attached a red ribbon with blue grey dots and a bow on the red paper strip, some red Rhinestones in the left upper corner and white Rhinestones in the heart of the die cuts from Joy Crafts.

Niki, this is a very gorgeous layout. Christmas to me is a time to reflect on family, friends and the fond memories we shared and cherished with these people. So I love how you used an old memory piece to create a new Christmas card. It's like freezing fond old memories of your Aunt in this card. Beautifully done crafty friend! Thanks for sharing your creation with us over at Craft Your Passion.

This is glorious! Love the way the red die cut snowflakes pick up the red detailing in the repurposed card panel. Fun layout and design, too. Nicely done!
