Congrats to Lisa on being chosen as Featured Stamper today... I chose this Birthday card to case. I saw her sweet little raccoon and wanted to use my new Whimsy Raccoon I got last week. Originally I was going to make it CAS and put him on a sidewalk... But I used a sidewalk last week and then figured I better put him in the woods maybe on a path.... SO it took much longer to do...
Simon Says Stamp Wed Challenge
My favorite technique is fussy cutting. I used Ranger Tim Holtz distress inks for the path and sponging on the grass.
Thanks for looking

Irene, your critter is adorable! Love the woodland scene you created for him too! Grounding, I can't count the number of times I forget to do that. This card is too fun!

Irene, I love this! He looks grounded perfectly to me (as grounded as a pogo hopping raccoon can be grounded - lol). Love those adorable trees and this cute raccoon. The whole card is perfectly done! Cute, cute cute case. I am especially fond of your sentiment!!! Hugz
