What a fun color challenge! I went straight across the top row..cherry cobbler, baked brown sugar, blushing bride & so saffron. Though I'll admit, there are minuscule amounts of the pink in the paper and not much saffron (mixed in w/ the brown sugar color).
I stamped the coffee cups several times on a piece of dp that had bands of patterns, fussy cut & paper pieced them together. The little check ribbon is part of the paper, as well. I wanted a coffee stained look for the bg so I inked an embossing folder (it looks like ink splats) w/ the tea dye ink & pressed it to the white paper. It didnÂ’t quite fill in the splats so I took a water brush & filled them in. I also took a small plastic top, inked it w/ the same ink, stamped it, then blurred the edges a bit w/ the water brush.
A die cut top & bottom border & the greeting were added. Thanks so much for looking! Closeups are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Fun card with the to-go coffee cups and the coffee rings and splashes, Julie. The die cut scalloped edging done with a DP makes it more interesting than if it had been done with solid color CS.
This is wonderful, Julie! I love the tiny gingham ribbon around the cups and the die cut borders are really fun out of the red and white DP! The coffee rings and splotches are perfect!

Julie, this card has me chuckling! The coffee splats and circles are so realistic, and the cups are adorable with their patterned designs! Thanks for the comment you made on another card about a good black ink for watercoloring. I'm gonna get me some!

Didn't your mom ever tell you to clean up your mess? I had to chuckle with this one, Julie. It's positively wonderful with all the coffee circles, things to look at, and the design. Wow, you cranked the creativity up to a 10+ today.
