Appropriately, the name of the stamp used is Windy Winnie by SNSS. The two elements on this card are wind and water. Tried the Bokeh technique on the background, but it's hard to see. Thanks so much for looking!

You have a lot of details on this card.....the whole scene with the large rain cloud. I like how the technique with its circles continues on with the umbrella. Another fantastic card from your creativity. tfs
