The base is green gumball. Next I used a piece of watercolor paper and Ranger Distress Inks to create a background. I took the clover and stamped the bg and heat set with clear matte ep; it's hard to see in the pic. The leprechaun was colored with copics and die cut using the matching die. The sentiment was heat embossed with white ep. Some sequins and glitter stickles on the clover finish it off.

What a wonderful card. Love the shamrock bg. I didn't know there was such a thing as matte embossing powder. That is one good looking and very happy leprechaun. Thanks for pointing out the glittery shamrock. I missed the first time. I very much like the sentiment, too.
