This card is for this week's SCS Color Combination Challenge~ Pink or White Melons. Did you know there are white watermelons? I am going to have to try one sometime.
This card will most likely go to my daughter. Her birthday is on Valentines so I can always double duty, lol. We have a little game that we have played since she was a tiny tot. She starts out with I Love You and I respond I Love You More. It goes back and forth more mostest and more more mostest, but I always get the last one that is "to infinity and beyond".
Come on over and join in the challenge. We pick weekly favorites and showcase them on our CC pinterest board. You might even have an opportunity to guest design with us.
Enjoy!

Beautiful Peggy!! What is that technique? I am seeing it everywhere and it's lovely!!! Hard to do??? My grand daughters and I have a little ritual like that, I say, HOW MUCH DO I LOVE YOU? and they respond, TO THE MOON AND BACK!! ;)

Peggy, love that Bokeh technique, and your sentiment could not be more perfect for your sweet daughter! The colors you picked for this week's challenge are perfect for Valentine's Day.

This is so pretty, Peggy! Love the soft shades of pink circles....your tiny heart is really precious! My oldest son & I have played that same game with each other. I always win because I can say, "I loved you first!" How can he respond to that? ; )

This is so pretty Peggy!! I don't know which I love more - the sentiment or your cool bg. I love the way the pinks and deeper pinks mix like that. The sentiment looks cool on the vellum like that. Great challenge!! :>)

I loved your sweet recount of your b'day tradition with your DD, Peggy. This card is beautiful and the circles remind me of party balloons....beautifully shaded and defined. A wonderful card for your DD.

This is delightful! I love the bokeh effect...I think it pairs so nicely with the sheerness of vellum.
Great challenge for us this week...thanks!
