Our cards are going out to Wendy in Port Henry, NY. I hope these glittery flowers bring a smile to her face.
This is a card from my stash, so I don't remember too much about the supplies I used, other than using clear glitter nail polish on the flowers. I cut the flowers from a piece of paper in the same stack that the background DSP came from.
