This is for Ky's MIX103 Repeat-peat-peat challenge. I've repeated circles on this, with a homemade stencils, and then picking up on the circles with my Chloe "seaweed" and the Dew Drops.
First of all I used wrinkle-free distress to colour my base. Then I stamped Wavy Lines in Broken China distress ink. I used various acrylics (white, metallic and a pearlescent paste) through my stencil, and while it was wet I sprinkled Perfect Pearls on some circles, and clear microbeads on others.
I used distress EP for the sand, and edged the rest of the card with a silver pen and then some Stickles. The starfish was stamped on a scrap of watercolour paper, embossed and then coloured with Twinkling H2Os. I added Stickles to some of the die-cuts, stamped the sentiment, doodled under it, and finished the card off with some Dew Drops.
Hurrah for Friday and the weekend!! Hope you all have good ones.

So cute Sabrina. It looks like were both thinking alike. Circles and similar colors. Love how your background looks. Great job. Hope you have a blessed weekend.
This is pretty. I really like how you mimicked the water and the underwater plants. Then the cute little starfish just adds whimsy. This was a fun challenge.

Lots of circles showing up in the gallery today! I like the way you created your background. I tried being more creative and used some specialty embossing paste on a corner of my background today, but didn't like the way it looked so I cut that part off and then covered the corner where the rest of it was. I guess I just need more practice with that medium. I like the way your repeated your circles with you die cuts and the watery feel this has.
