I usually make 4 or 5 Christmas cards for a friend from Quebec to send to his family, so this will be one of his.
I love high hopes Santa, he's so darn cute. I used my pan pastels on the background, they are amazingly soft to use and blend so easily. I used translucent embossing paste and glitter for the stars, it really made them sparkle, then flower soft for the snow. I just realized I haven't pulled it out in a while, it never made it to last years Christmas cards.

Makes me smile! I'm sure he won't get down that chimney! Love the way you did the sky - great idea to use a translucent embossing paste over the pan pastels.

Ha, white Flower Soft is the only one I have ever run out of and had to buy more, it is SO perfect for snow. This is such a fun card that made me smile - although unless Santa gets unstuck I don't think there'll be much joy!!

That is an adorable Santa, Christine. Looks like he's going to have a tough time getting down that chimney! LOVE the starry background with the shine and shimmer. Pan Pastels is something I haven't tried yet ... I see some shopping in my future

Darling Santa image. Your start and the flower soft in the snow are perfect! I am sure your friend will appreciate sending this to his family for Christmas this year.
