The featured stamper this week is Ann (Dockside). She has a beautiful gallery. She graces the challenge gallery often. Here is a card that I tried to case. Four Winter Chickadees by Dockside at Splitcoaststampers
I needed a bird stamp that was larger than any I have, so I took and stamped the image and scanned it to make it larger. I then printed on greyblue linen paper. Colored with chalks and added the cherry blossoms with acrylic paints. Watercolored the bg with water color pencils. Enjoy your well deserved reign Ann.

Linda, you are still amazing me with your creativity and artistic abilities. Your determination to have 'appropriately sized' birds is to be admired and the cherry blossoms...they are amazing! So gorgeous with acrylic paints.

I knew just the card you were inspired by Linda! I love my little birds. Your grey birds look so striking against the pink blossoms! What a nice combination. I really like the curved arch of the branch and the textured look of your background colouring. Thank you so much for your kind words and for making a card for today!

Oh Linda, You really went all out to get these birds the right size, etc. They turned out beautifully and the painting you did on this is just wonderful.
