Well for this week's cas challenge to bring a tree or trees, you can't get much simpler than this. I cut my snowdrift on a post it note and layered it onto my cb. I then stamped my tree in Early Espresso. I then transferred my snowdrift mask to another piece of white cs, cut it and adhered it over my tree at the bottom of the card, after first sponging a little Smoky Slate to give it some dimension. I then stamped my bird in Cherry Cobbler and my sentiment in Early Espresso. I was going to add a snowman under the tree, but I wanted to evoke the message of thoughtfulness & tranquility, so I determined this was enough. TFL ladies.

You definitely achieved thoughtfulness & tranquility! This is gorgeous! IRL I LOVE winter trees with out leaves and this is such a gorgeous representation of the trees that capture my attention! Thanks for playing along with the CAS challenge!

Looks like a pretty snowy scene to me, with a lovely red bird for a hint of color, Mary! Today I received the birthday card that you sent. Thank you for your thoughtfulness~
