I have not been around much of late - mostly due to internet, time and energy limitations The internet situation is much better, but there does not seem to be a lot to do about time and energy LOL!
I want to go back to honor some past queens, and try to do better to keep up with Teapot Tuesdays.
At any rate, this is to honor Queen TrishG. Trish was the long time moderator of the Queen for the day challenge, and recently stepped down from that post. Thank you, Trish, for all the time and effort you contributed.
This is the card I selected from your great gallery: Splash Woodgrain by TrishG at Splitcoaststampers
I liked that splash of color - then, did not attempt the same look! I still have a vehicle, and some woodgrain - not much else.
The TeaPot destination for last week is Jayden, age 6. His mother was seriously injured, and little sister was killed in an accident - troubling issues for a 6 year old. Read more information from SCSer Louse DuMont: Forums at Splitcoaststampers.

Sweet card for Jayden! I'm sure he will like the big green truck. The polka dot ribbon and buttons are so cheery. Hope you can build back some of your energy and strength soon, Dorothy.

Great card! Thanks so much for surprising me and making this in my honour (and sending it to such a great cause!) Love the truck and all the yellow and red layers. Cute buttons too! Thanks so much for taking the time to play along!

This is the day the Lord has made, let us REJOICE and be GLAD in it!

Better late than never---LOL. Cute card and sweet background and truck image--love that you put his name on your card. Glad you popped in to see all the gang.
