Made this card under the careful guidance of susanbri. We spent a day of crafting together.
She showed me how to make a beautiful background using distress stains on wet watercolour paper ... love the look of this sky!
Then stamped a branch twice and embossed in white. Added some chunky shabby white embossing enamel (which has gold glitter in it) to the bottom and then randomly sprinkled on the rest of the card front.

Wow, what a gorgeous background! I have to admit I love distress inks but have not tried them with watercolor yet. Thank you again for all your inspiration! I do love the snowy effect.

OH SO LOVELY! These colors ROCK together. It sounds like you and Susan had such fun sharing your personal techniques with one another. I went to your blog and saw both results and they are stunning! LOVE the scattered glitter in the background. This turned out amazing!
