For Lydia's HYCCT challenge, Another Year in the Books. The first book I remember falling in love with was Judy Blue's "Are You There God, it's Me Margaret". I don't read many books more than once but this one I did many many times and fell in love with it more each time! This image reminds me so much of that book and it is a fun image to color! I added Liquid Applique on the popcorn, Wink of Stella clear along the bottom of the image for some sparkle!
Thanks so much for looking!

Lori, I'm not familiar with this book, but I have to say, your description and your fabulous card inspire me to go and have a look - it sounds wonderful! I love how clean this is and the adorable little scene in bright colours. This is my favourite embossing folder - ever! Love it, Lori!

I remember reading that one too and just bought a copy for my youngest DD lately! Love the slumber party scene and the pretty embossed white bg with blue accents!
Love that GKD image and the liquid applique really makes that popcorn (pop). No pun intended. The eb background is a great choice tying in with the popcorn.
