A simple birthday card for a guy I don't know (it's for my SIL to send). I masked the sides of the card to leave a 2" strip and randomly stamped the leaves in varied colors. I stamped the sentiment on a scrap of Kaiser dp, masked it, and positioned the largesst leaf on top. I added some brown at the edges and used my Aqua Pen to "melt" the burgundy. The sentiment leaf is popped up and highlighted with a twine bow.

I love the sentiment on the leaf. It reminds me of one of the Mary Poppins books, can't remember which one. Neat idea to use your aquapen to dissolve the colour a little. It's a great masculine card.

Beautiful card! I love how you masked so only a strip of leaves was stamped! Then adding the large focus with the sentiment on it keeps it simple but very effective! Fav Leaf card!
