I saw the coolest "Cut Out Panel" technique on Maile Belle's Simply Stamped Blog. Maile designs for Paper Trey Ink and shares wonderful techniques and gorgeous cards on her Blog.
I accidently forgot to pop the Main Image layer up on dimensionals when covering the cut out DSP panel. I still like it, but will try again doing the pop up layer. It adds so much dimension.

What a cute card. I too saw this technique and was intrigued by it. It looks to have a lot of possibilities. TFS

So sweet Nancy! Love your combination of colors and the adorable doodled border around your image. The cut out panel adds lots of color and interest ... thanks for the link - will definitely give this technique a try!

I like this easy technique--and it looks like it will give it more depth than just using washi tape or ribbon. Love the colors you used, and the sentiment and image are so apropos lately.
