I used the Globecraft and Piccolo enamels to cover the bookboard flowers but I didn't have the color my mind pictured the flowers to be...not a problem, I just played with the mix of colors and came up with a lighter blue effect by mixing two colors 1 part Deep Blue and 2 parts Aged Pink.
I first coated the bookboard with Micro White, added more adhesive and avoiding the very center then added my mix of colors.
to get the EK Success acrylic dots to stick tight I heated them a few seconds so the adhesive would grab along with the help of the enamels grabbing the acrylics.
