I started this card yesterday when I stamped and colored my cat image. (I omitted the balloon from the cat's tail.) I decided on the size of the pinwheel, but did not make one. The pinwheel is made using the instructions from this week's technique challenge. I decided to use today's color challenge colors to finish the image. So I added some Bermuda Bay grass and some small coral flowers and sponged a Pool Party sky. I watched a video this week about creating frames with this framelit collection and wanted to give that technique a try. I cut the frame and embossed it and colored the embossing and sponged it. A little layering, a bit more texture and done!

Oh how sweet! Love this image and your pinwheel! Love how your paired efs create the illusion of wind! Very cleverly designed!
