For today's IC, I kept going back to this black and gray tea towel: http://www.leifshop.com/collections/...obin-tea-towel I stamped the leaves & bird in Basic Gray, a shade darker than the cs. After placing the ribbon and bird, I felt I needed more, so I added the top leaf and then finally IBBG to cover the plain space. The black panel is popped up as is the bird. Thanks for stopping in today! ~Roberta

You and JO chose the same towel for inspiration, and yet your cards are so different! Isn't it fun to see what we end up with, even starting with the same thing!! I love your monochromatic theme!

Lovely card from your chosen tea towel, Roberta. I like how you went lighter than the original......I think it is prettier as you have done it. Perfect stamped images to convey the feeling of the towel.

I think our pieces must have been from the same collection..they are so similar. I like that the bird is an integral part of the design and also the sentiment. The tiny splatters on the top half are perfect!
