Happy Monday. Here is my card for today's cas challenge - to case one of Karen's cards (k dunbrook) and the TLC challenge was - colour the texture. To use an embossing folder - emboss and colour the embossed portion.
Here is the beautiful CAS card of Karen's that inspired me... The spirit of Christmas
I dry embossed the bird/weed folder and then coloured it with copic markers. I made my bird - a blackbird. then sponged in the clouds and the water (marsh). Cut out image and matted with black. Stamped on the sentiment and then edged the base card with black.
Thanks for looking.
Hugs..Pat

This is one of the folders I pulled out last night when thinking about the TLC. Yours turned out beautifully, and also is a wonderful CASE of Karen's card. I hope to have time to play later today!

What a wonderful use of that ef, Pat! I love birds, and the way you've coloured this one is super. I especially love the way you've made it a reed bird with the grass and water behind it - we're just back from the West where we saw lakes and reeds all over .
