Jen gave us a challenge today to do the two step stamping....she did say we could use our imagination. Today is a very emotional day for me. After 44 years living on our farm, we are signing papers today to sell it. I needed something to occupy myself until this afternoon. I always find painting and card making relaxing. I started by painting the flowers on some lilac homemade paper. After it was dry I doodled lines to resemble the two step stamps . Thanks for looking.

Oh! Linda - I am so sad for you - how you must be feeling I can't imagine. I think your card reflects some sadness to ... but happy times await - I promise.

Linda, this is beautiful, and the colors are wonderful. So sorry about your leaving your farm. I am sure it is hard leaving the memories you have made there, but remember you always have those memories to keep your farm alive in your heart.

Linda, I wish you a wonderful life in a new place to call home. You will always have your memories of your farm. Your card is beautiful and glad you found it therapeutic to create. Your painting and "doodling" is expertly done.

In your sadness you created a beauty. I hope it brought you comfort. I can't imagine what you're going through. I'll say a prayer for you and for a quick sale. I don't think it's something you want to linger on and on. Hugs.
