Just playing with the new to me heart flourish die. It's such a pretty die cut. Since my Mom and I love hearts, there's one of these dies on the way to her.
The flowers have been shaped with the biggest MS embossing tool from the backside, just by pushing down on each petal on a mouse pad. There's a larger flower that goes with these two smaller ones, but it was too big for this application.
It may be difficult to see here, but each flower on the embossed part, has been colored with chalks, with the center of the flower done with a toothpick dipped into the black ink.

Jennifer, this is gorgeous! I love the shadowing you created with your second cut in black and LOVE that embossing folder! You must have patience to form all those beautiful blossoms!

GORGEOUS card, Jennifer. Love how you "shadow" die cut your flourishes and then topped them with the sweet daisy-like flowers....imitating the flowers of your embossed design in the bg. You have such a wonderful sense of design and your cards are always a treat for the eyes.

I LOVE the way you have used this die cut, wonderful shadowing and gorgeous flower accents. Awesome job on the individual crafting on each flower on the EF in the background. Your mom will LOVE this. Faved and pinned!

Oh, what a gorgeous embossed bg for a beautiful, beautiful flourish - that's a very special die, and I love how you've shadowed it with black - it adds real definition. Such pretty flowers too!

Somehow I missed this on my first trip through the gallery, but I am glad I saw it now. What a gorgeous card. Your design with the 3D flourish over the subtle flower bkg looks fantastic. The neutral color combo is a great choice. Just a beauty.

I love your beautiful card. Love how your have the darker colour under your diecut - really makes it pop against the white background. Congratulations on being a Weekly SCS Favourite :-)
