My DH and I have our 40th anniversary coming up very soon so I wanted to get a card made and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. A vintage look seemed appropriate since we've been around a while. I left the card stock at the 11" length so there is a little border on the last layer when it's folded.

40 years! That's certainly worth celebrating - congratulations. This turned out beautifully; I really like your idea of having the little decorative border showing when the card is closed, and the combination of both words and letters on the blocks is a very clever idea.
Your vintage front is so lovely; I always struggle with those decorative elements in Carte Postale and am delighted to see how they can be used.

I agree with everything Cook22 said. This is beautiful. I was struggling with figuring out letters, but you solve that problem, by using words. Genius! Beautiful card and congrats on 40 years!
