What a fun challenge this was! I did go ultra conservative on my colors so that if I had my usual mess I'd still be able to do something else with it. I used a neutral gelli plate made with white acrylic paint and Adirondack reinkers. I used white paint for my grout. Embossed the sentiment in copper and die cut my aluminum foil which was colored with alcohol inks and crumpled. It was glued on to cardstock after smearing some black paint on it and finally using a bit of Inka Gold for more sheen. The delica beads were stitched on and a few sequins were added. I wanted this to represent the clean kitchen tile floor I never have.
Thanks for stopping by.

I think the use of a pale BG here is really effective with this technique, Nancy! Lovely card!

Your flowers are so amazing. They look like metal sculpture. The light uncluttered bkg is perfect because it highlights those awesome flowers. The bkg looks like real tile and the bling is an ideal accent. Just stunning.
Nancy, LOVE your 'floor' and the scattered delica and sequins. And your 'metal' flowers ... OMGosh lady, you are rockin the tin foil! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!!!

Love this..copper is a fav color used in any way....your flowers are wonderful with the different shades of copper showing through. The tiny beads and sequins are so delicate and really play well off the color of the background "floor".
