This week the Teapotters are making red/white/blue patriotic cards to thank some one in their lives (or to forward to an organization who accepts card donations) who has been or is in the Armed Forces. This card is for my Uncle Gene, who served in the Korean War. He has loved western novels and movies all his life and has authored four western books which are available on-line. (I will add more info/link on that later.) For many yrs, I have sent him and my Dad, who also served in the Korean War, a patriotic card to thank them for their sacrifice of time, their bravery and service to our country.
I stenciled the bkgrd using an MFT stencil. The sketch is the current SSSC220.
Thank you for looking!

How awesome isit to open the gallery and see...Da Man. I haven't seen him in a long time. What a wonderful TY for your Uncle Gene. So sweet to bring in his love for country in many ways. Super job framing and love all the stars in the bg and the neat border. TFS...and for bringing back our cowboy...;0)

Oh wow, Gabby - this is one very cool card! I love that very faint white stamping over the WWW man, and the stencilled stars in the background. I have an uncle and aunt who both served with an ambulance corps in Korea.
