Congratulations to our new Queen Kathy (muscrat). I chose to case this gorgeous card Quilt card #3 by muscrat at Splitcoaststampers . I love making these quilt patterns so when I saw Kathy's lovely creation it really inspired me. The DP is from a very old SU pack (don't have a clue what the name is) and I added lots of glitter to the background frame and some pearls in the centre. For the stitching I used a stardust pen. The top half is a swiss dot folder that I cut in half (to share) and then scored and made the tiny holes with my dressmaker's tracing wheel. Added a bow, a greeting and presto! I think I will make some more of those quilt blocks ..just for fun!
Enjoy your reign Queen Kathy.

A perfect case and a beautiful country quilt pattern too, Sue! Oooooo reminds me of about 32 years ago when I made my first quilt. Just took it off the bed this week until it gets cold once again.....

You are one of the most innovative stampers I have seen! What an awesome design! Love those colors and faux stitching too. Topped with that gorgeous ribbon this certainly did catch my eye!
