I drew in the lines with a versamarker and heat embossed with clear EP. Then I applied distress inks to the background. Kite stamp is from Whimsy, I used the kites dies set also from whimsy stamps for cutting it out.

Great job drawing the lines for the wind! As a kid, I could always find the "kite-eating tree"!! LOL!

What a wonderful emboss resist background, it gives a great feeling of movement. I'm wishing I thought of kites - maybe I can combine with one of today's challenges and make another card.
