A card for this week's 'You can do it' challenge, to do silhouette stamping. Also the 'Way to Use It' challenge to use an never used stamp that is more than a month old. I bought the Garden Silhouettes stamp set at my SU demo's open hose sale last year and have never inked the two stamps that I used here. I sponged the different coloured inks on the glossy photo paper (from the dollar store) first, then did the silhouette stamping carefully, as not to smudge the ink on the glossy paper. I used a heat tool to gently dry the inks.

You have perfectly captured a summer meadow scene. Love how positioned the stems to cluster and overlap, it gives it a realistic feel. And your sponged background is glorious, really well done! After seeing how pretty these silhouettes are, I am reminded that I, too, have this set and have never used it. Yikes! You have inspired me to pull it out and have some fun with it. TFS!
