I tried the gelli plate technique using a piece of linoleum. Wouldn't recommend it, need to find a gelli plate! After background piece dried, I stamped the silhouette stamps and tied a piece of ribbon around the bottom and then glued down to the base.

I love the silhouette stamping against that interesting background. Investing in a gelli plate will probably be worth it. I'm still trying to decide if it will be worthwhile for me, but they are not all that expensive.

Very pretty. I like your bg piece! You have given me an idea. I played with my Gelli plate when I first got it. I will use one of those pieces for the challenge!

The first thing that caught my eye was your background! I LOVE it! But I don't have linoleum and of course if I did I'd have to try this! This works so well with your silhouettes! Kudos to your for trying it!
