Hello my friends,
Today I played with my Gelli Plate after watching Lydia's (Understanding Blue) excellent video. I also decided to use this week's sketch and a button from yesterday's challenge. Got the lace idea from our resident artist Mama Dini.
I have to say that I like my Gelli Plate bg better than I like the card. Oh well! Oh forgot to tell you, I just got a pack of 12 tiny bottles of different color sequins yesterday!! Woohoo...now I can really play! They are from Doodlebug!! Love them!
Thanks for looking!!

Robin, I really like the way you used lace for the righthand panel of the sketch! And your gelli plate background is so perfect for that sweet little hummingbird. We had ice on the car last night when we were on our way home from an evening with friends, and it's pretty cold still this morning so this bright summery card is a treat to see.

Gorgeous coloring! I admire your skill! And you've incorporated that very mod Gelli plate print into a card that is otherwise really quite "traditionally" pretty. Very lovely card!

Very pretty card. I love the hummingbird, and the flower image is colored beautifully. The sheer pink bow and button, along with the sequins are the perfect combo of embellishments. tfs.
