I used the 1/16”, 5/16” and ¾” Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting to create the borders. These tools make it such an easy task!
My colorful panel is scrap cardstock placed and cut on an angle and the two small circle tabs are punched from the designer paper also.
The flower is cut with a Stampin Up die with each sized double layered. Light sponging was done on the flowers using Ranger Distress Ink. The Making Memories brad in the center is outlined with Flower Soft using AleeneÂ’s tacky glue for adhesive.
I accidentally smudged the ink on the white cardstock and rather than call it a loss I just did some all over that white layers and pretended it was intentional. The designer cardstock is also sponged.

Where to begin?? LOVE the layered flower and the angled patterned paper is genius. Plus of course, that Roxie special touch - the coordinating envelope .
I'm also a kindred spirit in the ... oh, let's just smudge it all up ... school of design!
