This is one of the pieces I did for Lydia's MIX56 challenge "Through the Mist" - to create a project background by applying paint to your brayer, rolling some off and then rolling on clean cardstock for cool effects.
I had mostly failures trying this, but this piece looked like forested hills to me, so that's what I went with. I used browns and greens to create the background, added the stamping and defined the "hills" a little with colored pencil.

I am in awe of your results with this technique! Even the brayer marks look like the forest disappearing in the distance! Another beautiful piece of art!
