I created a custom red texture for the background and then layered some swirls, leaves and butterflies over the red BG. Added a white frame and then a black frame and the sentiment. Next the entire scene was reversed to a mirror image and printed on a transparency. Ran a piece of white cardstock through my Xyron and stuck the ink side of the print to the sticky side. Cut it out and matted it on a piece of white that was embossed with SB Imperial Gold Rectangles One. Ran my Red SN pen across the outside embossing and put it all together. I rated it a 4 because the vector images were a lot of work.
