This is a Valentine for one of my great-nieces. Here is my sad story. As I went to take a picture of the two cards that I made today, I found my camera needed to be recharged. I was able to get one picture of each of the cards before the camera went black. I looked at the picture of this card and realized I left off the heart sticker that I meant to put right beside the sentiment. While that sticker is now on the actual card and looking so sweet, my camera can't take another picture yet and I need to send these cards out this afternoon if they are to arrive on time. Sorry for the long sob story.
I created this card by first adhering a pink panel with a negative diecut of a scalloped oval onto a white card. The little fairy bloom was stamped on a scrap piece of c.s., colored her with COPICs, added a little sparkle on her bow and collar with glitter pens and then fussy cut her. I created a bit of grass with COPICs for where the fairy would stand and I popped her up with foam adhesive tape. The sentiment was stamped with gray ink (not as harsh as black on a pastel card, I think).
Thanks so much for looking!

Cutie patootie! What a sweet image and the large scallop oval aperture repeats the lines of the little fairy's dress. You've done a beautiful job of coloring, too! TFS

Very cute little Valentine! At least you got a picture. If I'm in a hurry to mail a card I sometime forget about the picture until it's in the mail. Too late then! Love your colouring and the scalloped oval you framed your sprite with. TFS
