A big congrats to Sherry, the newest Featured Stamper! Not only is her gallery wonderful, she is a real sweetheart! I've worked the ODBD booth at several THIS to case. I kept the same pink/white color combo but used different images and made mine a Valentine.
I started by sponging different colors of pink inks onto white card stock. I die cut the ornate heart, the center heart & all of the smaller hearts out of it. The Valentine greeting was stamped onto the center heart and to help set it apart a little, I added a die cut ribbon tag underneath it. The white panel was embossed w/ little hearts & the leftover rectangle (used for all the heart die cuts) was used to back the embossed panel. One of the beautiful borders was used for the white lacy strip beneath the hearts.
Congrats again, Sherry! It's also on my blog: The Write Stuff

Julie I am honored to be cased by you, you know I am a big fan of your beautiful work. Love that heart die, saw it when I made a quick stop at the stamp show yesterday for a few supplies (like I need more LOL). Missed seeing you there. Love how you embossed those little hearts on the rectangle - great card.
