This week our t-potters are tickling each other, and uplifting ourselves with the warmth and hope with encouraging words and lighthouses. Come and join us.
I have never seen a real lighthouse, but it is on my bucket list...always thoguht they were so peaceful, hopeful and maybe even romantic. The closest I have seen is htis neat 2 foot one we have in our garden in our backyard. I do love it, it is pretty and the solar light on the top even rotates around and sheds light just like a lighthouse, so yes can't wait to see a real one.
I water colored this lil one and added some glitter for the light to shine even more ( well ok...needed an excuse to add some glitter somewhere...lol.), cut him our and sponged the edges on it as well as the bg paper, and I also sponged the raised part of the embossing with black as well on the side. I sponged the clouds with paper towel and raised the lighthouse up which you can't tell from here. thank you for the visit and have a great day..:0)...HUGS

Wendy this looks wonderful, such a rich and thoughtful card. I love the way you photographed it with the clock. Lighthouses are all about timely warnings. I loved your story, lighthouses do look peaceful and romantic on beautiful days, but on wild stormy days they are cold and bleak. Great card my friend. Namaste.

I love that brickwork lighthouse! And you've presented it so beautifully with all those blues and wonderful choices of embossing and diecuts which really add to the wave feel.
