I started by using the Woodgrain Background Stamp, stamping the pattern on Whip Cream Card Stock with Kraft Ink.
I also added a soft pattern behind the branch which is created with the Scallops Stencil, a sponge, and Sno Cone Ink. Then I cut the birds and the leaves out in Wild Cherry and Gumdrop Green Card Stock and adhered them to the branch.

I thought the bg was embossed at first glance would never have guessed except for your explanation. What wonderful depth. Love, love, love every darling detail on this and the fantastic dispersion of so many great colours together.
