This week our cards are headed off to New Jersey and the family of Leanne. Leanne went off to be with the Angels, just after the New Year. Someone said that Leanne was blessed to have the wonderful parents and brother she had, but her family says that they are the ones that were/are blessed.
The angel is embossed in gold on the pretty pink vellum. I turned this over and embossed her gown with several different sized embossing tools. Just a few parts were colored. Behind this is an embossed panel. This was all set into a frame, with just a little embellishing in the corner.
I hope that there are many angels amongst us, we may never know who or when, just that they may be there. They may be someone we knew, or just one that has come to help in a time of need.

Jennifer this is simply stunning!! I have never seen this gorgeous image before...your choice of vellum to show it off is absolutely inspired. The back-lit effect of the vellum gives a heavenly aura to the image. Beautifully done. Thank you so much for coming to John and Lisa's Teaparty this week - make sure to get your extra cookies for this heavenly masterpiece. Hugz from NJ!

This is a beautifully ethereal, other-worldly creation, Jennifer , it glows with soft colour and has real heart. I believe it will not only bring the family comfort but it will be treasured.

Oh Jennifer, your angel is so very pretty, especially with the gold embossing! Love that you used the pink vellum, very creative to use it for the angel! It is such a beautiful card, love the flowers you added with the leafy vines too!

Jennifer, I knew you would create something special for this card of condolence. Beautiful angel image that depicts youth and gentleness. Lovely colors and your little flower embellishment is perfect....like "baby bear", not too much, not too little....just right.
