This is the first time I tried this technique (I made this a few weeks ago). Next time (hopefully this week) I would make the butterflies on seperate paper and cut them out. I did these right on the card and had trouble cutting around them. I added a little colored colored pencil to darken the colors.

Wow! These butterflies are gorgeous! I can imagine how time consuming it was cutting them...well worth it.
